CUSTOM MADE PROFESSIONAL KNIVES
The perfect set of professional knives for every purpose, crafted from high-performance steel and fully customizable from handle to blade.

Damascus, kurouchi and satin steel. Ebony, walnut, G10 and stabilised burl. Each knife is photographed on Calacatta or Nero Marquina marble before it ships.
The five Damascus knives on Nero Marquina.

Gyuto, 67-layer Damascus with the etched mark.
Damascus
Two steels are layered, folded and forged together, then the finished blade is etched in acid so the layers show. The pattern is different on every knife.

Kurouchi and satin
Kurouchi keeps the black scale from the forge and polishes only the bevel, so the edge shows bright against the dark. Satin is brushed all over: stainless and easy to keep.
